Serbis is raw social picture from the formidable force of Philippine cinema: director Brillante Mendoza and my teacher Armando "Bing" Lao.

The film frames one day in a life of a family and all their moral compromises as they live inside a third run cinema. Gina Pareno, Jacklyn Jose, Kristofer King, Coco Martin and Julio Diaz lend genuine sincerity to their characters. And I must say the screenplay is the gem in this film.

Watch this film with eagerness to understand and interpret all the narrative elements of this material. And you shall be rewarded with a very interesting viewing experience.

Oh by the way, the sex scenes in this film are must see! hehehe!
