WASHINGTON – Declaring that members of the military will no longer be asked to lie, President Barack Obama fulfilled a campaign promise Wednesday and signed a landmark law repealing the ban on gay men and women serving openly in the armed services.

Nude Photography Professional Ian Felix Alquiros will mount his first first ever photo exhibit entitled "4urEYESonly" at the Room (88 Panay Ave., Quezon city). The event will feature his collection of 180 new works in nude photography. Launch will be on December 10 (Fri) 6pm to 12mn and a regular exhibit viewing is scheduled on December 11 (Sat) 1 to 9pm. Entrance is at Php300. The venue is very near the intersection of Timog ave. and Panay. Good luck Ian!

Pride 2010

Yesterday was an important event to the LGBT community as we celebrated the Annual Pride March 2010. And after almost half a decade the march was held again in Quezon City, where the local government gave their full and overwhelming support to the LGBT crowd.

Thank you to Mayor Herbert Bautista and Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte for making this successul event possible. Thank you also to the celebrities (Jomari Yllana, Tuesday Vargas, Gerard Santos) and other performers for gracing the event last night. And of course, congratulations to all the LGBT groups for making creating the biggest pride ever!
