The Crime of Cybersex


With the new draconian law from the Philippine government against cybercrime, we must be extra careful if we enjoy uploading images of our own private parts on camera. Aside from we could no longer be offensive in whatever it is that we post on facebook or twitter, some evil-mided people could frame us up and threaten us with the cybercrime law.

Exposing yourself for "favor or consideration" (note this vague definition) is now punishable with at least 6 years in jail!

para lang tong kapag ang isang tao manonood ng movie sa sinehan na may r-18....pg-13,.etc,,..masasabi kong depende iyan sa tao namannnnn,,..kung pano mo i judge o hatulan ang isang imahe sa anupamang site o lugar,,..sa dami ng sexy images din sa mga magazine,,,diba,,,nasa atao na yan,,sa kung anong klaseng tao siya,,sa kung pano sya pinalaki,,diba...well kasem..philippines still a blanace culture pa naman,,,,sana mas tutukan yung mga restriction sa mga sinehan sa kung anong edad lang dapat pweding makapabnood,,,diba,,sa tingin ko naman,,,hindi naman maiiwasan ang ganyan sa cyber,,...diba nga may ilang mga cyber places jan na nagooperate ng prostitution,,amininnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn,.....yun muna ang asikasuhin PNOY!!!hello,,,,,,saka,,dagdag sahod o work sa mg a pinoy,.....more work sa mga nagbabalik bansa,,..diba,,...
