In April 2010, The California Highway Patrol swung into high terror mode after arresting a man on drug charges and was found to have "a suspicious wire with an on and off switch". Although the man explained that the wire was connected to his vibrator in his anus, the police called on the bomb squad.
After three long hours, the bomb squad found the vibrator and was "rendered to be safe".
