Good lord. There are sex fantasies and porn cliches. Just because people buy porn, doesn't mean they actually want the fantasies to come to life. A little reframing and the story is no longer very satisfying. "A certain Dr. X is reported to have such contempt for his gay patients that he uses them for sexual gratification rather than taking their medical complaints seriously and giving them proper medical treatment." I hope that your story isn't true.
Hahaha....I love it...now, for the good of me....why is the name of my best friend, Cris Pablo already twice mentioned in this entry? It really just proves on the ironic truth that his storylines runs on mediocrity bordering on the absurd. As I have said too, he has been consistent on that and deserves mentioning.
